The Greeley County Jackrabbits (Tribune, KS) basketball felled the host Syracuse Bulldogs (Syracuse, KS), 73-64 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Jackrabbits (16-1) will now prepare for their test against Deerfield (Deerfield, KS). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Deerfield was beaten by Yarbrough (Goodwell, OK), 48-41, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hugoton for a non-league test on Friday, February 10. Syracuse will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 73-27 non-league win over Cimarron (Cimarron, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 15-2.
