In Tuesday's league outing, the Hawthorne Valley Wildcats (Ghent, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Doane Stuart Thunder Chicken (Albany, NY), by a margin of 107-59.
The Wildcats (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Heatly (Troy, NY). The Hornets go into the Section 2 Central Hudson Valley outing with a 4-13 record. In their last outing, Heatly was trounced by Germantown (Germantown, NY), 49-32, in a non-league outing.
The Thunder Chicken now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hawthorne Valley for a Section 2 Central Hudson Valley outing on Tuesday, February 14.
