Ohio High School Basketball - Jefferson knocked off by Lima Central Catholic

The Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Jefferson Wildcats to 48 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunderbirds now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ottoville for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Lima Central Catholic will meet a Big Green team coming off a 52-44 league win over Columbus Grove (Columbus Grove, OH). The Big Green record now stands at 15-4.
The Wildcats (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Columbus Grove (Columbus Grove, OH). The Bulldogs enter the Putnam County contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Columbus Grove was defeated by Ottoville (Ottoville, OH), 52-44, in a league contest.
