The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Johnson Crusaders to 53 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Governor Livingston for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. Scotch Plains-Fanwood will meet a Highlanders team coming off a 47-39 league loss to Summit (Summit, NJ). The Highlanders record now stands at 5-10.

The Crusaders (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Hillside (Hillside, NJ). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Hillside was nudged by Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ), 40-39, in a non-league contest.
