The Solorio Sun Warriors basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Juarez Eagles to 38 in the Sun Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Sun Warriors now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Excel Academy of South Shore for a non-league contest on Monday, February 13. Solorio will battle a Broncos team coming off a 76-54 non-league loss to Corliss (Chicago, IL). The Broncos record now stands at 1-5.
The Eagles (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Chicago, IL). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 15-11 record.
