Medicine Lodge Indians (Medicine Lodge, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Trinity Academy Knights (Wichita, KS), 65-59 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Medicine Lodge upgrades its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Douglass (Douglass, KS) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 8-8. Douglass lost 55-18 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity Academy (Wichita, KS)

Next up, the Knights play the Cheney Cardinals (Cheney, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Trinity Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 77-52 non-league win over Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, MN).
