Kentucky High School Basketball - Montgomery County nudges Wolfe County

Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wolfe County Wolves (Campton, KY), 89-82 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Montgomery County upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Indians host Bourbon County (Paris, KY) to clash with the Colonels in a District 40 bout on Friday, February 10. The Colonels go into the bout with a record of 9-11. Bourbon County lost 71-45 in their recent non-league bout against Frankfort (Frankfort, KY)
Next up, the Wolves clash with the Knott County Central Patriots (Hindman, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Wolfe County will attempt to upgrade on its 14-12 season record.
