West Virginia High School Basketball - North Marion routs Preston

February 7, 2023: Farmington, WV 26571

In Tuesday's league outing, the North Marion Huskies (Farmington, WV) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Preston Knights (Kingwood, WV), by a margin of 82-41.

The Huskies (10-7) will now prepare for their outing against Lewis County (Weston, WV). The Minutemen go into the Big Ten outing with a 10-8 record. In their last outing, Lewis County was trounced by Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV), 50-48, in a non-league outing.

The Knights now own a 0-18 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a Big Ten outing on Saturday, February 11. Preston will clash with a Mountaineers squad coming off a 44-39 non-league win over Doddridge County (West Union, WV). The Mountaineers record now stands at 7-11.
