The Mitchell Kernels basketball team (Mitchell, SD), was nudged 33-30 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD)
The Golden Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Watertown for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 14.
The Kernels (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Washington (Sioux Falls, SD). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
