The Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons basketball team (Reno, NV), was toppled 39-28 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV)

The Falcons now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sierra Sage Academy/ROP for a 1A Western battle on Thursday, February 9. Sierra Lutheran will confront a Rams team coming off a 37-15 league loss to Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV). The Rams record now stands at 0-10.

The Falcons (4-14) will now prepare for their battle against Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV). The Longhorns come into the 2A Northern battle with a 12-9 record. In their last battle, Battle Mountain beat Pershing County (Lovelock, NV), 39-37, in a league battle.
