Rehoboth Christian Lynx (Rehoboth, NM) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cottonwood Classical Prep Coyotes (Albuquerque, NM), 58-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Rehoboth Christian upgrades its record to 8-11 on the season. The Lynx host Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM) to clash with the Hawks in a 2A District 1 bout on Friday, February 10. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 15-8. Laguna Acoma won 67-25 in their recent league bout against Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM)

Next up, the Coyotes clash with the Cuba Rams (Cuba, NM) in a 3A District 5 game, on Wednesday, February 8. Cottonwood Classical Prep will attempt to move on its 7-13 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 9-12 record after their 65-12 non-league win over Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM).
