In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Eureka Tornadoes basketball squad scored a big 62-35 victory over the Council Grove Braves.

With the victory, Eureka improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Tornadoes host Bluestem (Leon, KS) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 10. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Bluestem won 41-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Fredonia (Fredonia, KS)

Next up, the Braves play the Sacred Heart Knights (Salina, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 10. Council Grove will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 55-24 non-league win over Concordia (Concordia, KS).
