Defiance Bulldogs (Defiance, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Paulding Panthers (Paulding, OH), 69-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Defiance upgrades its record to 2-20 on the season. The Bulldogs host Ottawa-Glandorf (Ottawa, OH) to play the Titans in a Western Buckeye bout on Thursday, February 9. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 18-3. Ottawa-Glandorf won 59-22 in their recent non-league bout against Archbold (Archbold, OH)

Next up, the Panthers play the Wayne Trace Raiders (Haviland, OH) in a Green Meadows bout, on Thursday, February 9. Paulding will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 11-10 record after their 51-18 non-league loss to Crestview (Convoy, OH).
