The Spackenkill Spartans (Poughkeepsie, NY) basketball nipped the visiting Dover Dragons (Dover Plains, NY), 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Spartans (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Pine Plains (Pine Plains, NY). The Bombers go into the non-league test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Pine Plains was tipped by Onteora (Boiceville, NY), 45-32, in a non-league test.
The Dragons now own a 0-2 record.
