The Hahnville Tigers (Boutte, LA) basketball crushed the host East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA), 55-17 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Tigers (13-6) will now prepare for their battle against Bourgeois (Gray, LA). The Braves come into the 5A District 7 battle with a 3-16 record. In their last battle, Bourgeois was overwhelmed by Thibodaux (Thibodaux, LA), 69-32, in a league battle.
The Warriors (0-11) will now prepare for their battle against Destrehan (Destrehan, LA). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 14-5 record. In their last battle, Destrehan trounced Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA), 49-40, in a league game.
