In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Kaynor Tech Panthers basketball team scored a decisive 48-18 triumph over the Whitney RVT Owls.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT) in a Connecticut Technical match, on Wednesday, February 8. Kaynor Tech will attempt to move on its 6-9 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 3-11 record after their 33-18 league loss to Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT).
With the defeat, Whitney RVT moves to 0-12 on the year. The Owls travel to Bullard-Havens (Bridgeport, CT) to face the Tigers in a Connecticut Technical match on Friday, February 10. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 10-6. Bullard-Havens lost 44-39 in their recent league test against Platt RVT (Milford, CT)
