In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Minnewaska Area Lakers (Glenwood, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting MACCRAY Wolverines (Clara City, MN), by a margin of 59-38.
The Lakers (8-10) will now prepare for their outing against Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta (Morris, MN). The Tigers go into the AA Section 3 outing with a 3-14 record. In their last outing, Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta was trounced by Montevideo (Montevideo, MN), 75-49, in a league outing.
The Wolverines now own a 13-9 record. They play next when they travel to B O L D for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 9. MACCRAY will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 68-66 non-league win over West Central Area (Barrett, MN). The Warriors record now stands at 15-3.
