In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Worthington Trojans basketball team scored a tight 63-62 triumph over the Pipestone Arrows.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Redwood Valley Cardinals (Redwood Falls, MN) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 10. Worthington will attempt to move on its 5-13 season record.
With the defeat, Pipestone moves to 9-9 on the campaign. The Arrows host Fairmont (Fairmont, MN) to confront the Cardinals in a AA Section 3 challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Fairmont won 72-50 in their recent league challenge against Jackson County Central (Jackson, MN)
