In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Wagner Red Raiders (Wagner, SD) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Tripp-Delmont/Armour Nighthawks (Armour, SD), by a margin of 71-29.
The Red Raiders (17-1) will now prepare for their outing against Chamberlain (Chamberlain, SD). The Cubs go into the A Region 5 outing with a 5-12 record. In their last outing, Chamberlain was trounced by Lyman (Presho, SD), 58-46, in a non-league outing.
The Nighthawks now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Avon for a B Region 5 outing on Thursday, February 9. Tripp-Delmont/Armour will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 59-57 non-league win over Kimball/White Lake (Kimball, SD). The Pirates record now stands at 8-7.
