Berkeley Prep Buccaneers (Tampa, FL) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting The First Academy Royals (Orlando, FL), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Buccaneers confront the Montverde Academy Eagles (Montverde, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 10. Berkeley Prep will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Fort Meade (Fort Meade, FL).
The Royals now have a 11-5 record.
