Colorado High School Basketball - Heritage knocked off by Mountain Vista

The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Heritage Eagles to 59 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ponderosa for a contest on Friday, February 10. Mountain Vista will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 55-37 non-league loss to Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-9.
The Eagles (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO). The Huskies enter the contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Douglas County ran past George Washington (Denver, CO), 75-44, in a non-league contest.
