The Millbury Woolies basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Hopedale Blue Raiders to 35 in the Woolies non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Woolies now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sutton/Douglas for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 9. Millbury will battle a team coming off a 42-40 non-league win over Northbridge (Whitinsville, MA). The record now stands at 7-7.
The Blue Raiders (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hudson (Hudson, MA). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Hudson ran past Southbridge (Southbridge, MA), 47-44, in a non-league contest.
