The Lamar Thunder basketball team scored 37 points and held the visiting James Irwin Jaguars to 33 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunder now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salida for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. Lamar will meet a Spartans team coming off a 64-40 non-league win over The Vanguard School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 7-0.
The Jaguars (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against The Vanguard School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Coursers enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record.
