Michigan High School Basketball - Millington can't hold off Cass City

The Cass City Red Hawks basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Millington Cardinals to 56 in the Red Hawks non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Red Hawks now sport a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harbor Beach for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Cass City will battle a Pirates team coming off a 56-45 non-league win over Bad Axe (Bad Axe, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 15-3.
The Cardinals (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Standish-Sterling (Standish, MI). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Standish-Sterling was nudged by Carrollton (Carrollton, MI), 56-50, in a non-league contest.
