Illinois High School Basketball - Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine knocked off by Chrisman

The Chrisman Cardinals basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine to 40 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 11-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoopeston for a Vermilion Valley contest on Tuesday, February 13. Chrisman will meet a Cornjerkers team coming off a 64-33 league win over Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL). The Cornjerkers record now stands at 19-10.

The (9-15) will now prepare for their contest against Neoga (Neoga, IL). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 5-19 record. In their last contest, Neoga was outscored by Altamont (Altamont, IL), 65-41, in a league contest.
