In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Woodford County Yellowjackets (Versailles, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lafayette Generals (Lexington, KY), by a margin of 66-44.

The Yellowjackets (20-5) will now prepare for their outing against Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY). The Broncos go into the non-league outing with a 15-9 record. In their last outing, Frederick Douglass was trounced by Sayre (Lexington, KY), 62-60, in a league outing.

The Generals now own a 8-15 record. They play next when they travel to Anderson County for a non-league outing on Friday, February 9.
