Maryland High School Basketball - Meade crushes North County

Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North County Knights (Glen Burnie, MD), 67-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Meade upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Northeast (Pasadena, MD) to clash with the Eagles in a Anne Arundel County bout on Friday, February 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Northeast won 81-66 in their recent league bout against Annapolis (Annapolis, MD)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Arundel Wildcats (Gambrills, MD) in a Anne Arundel County bout, on Thursday, February 8. North County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 14-4 record after their 78-73 league loss to Southern (Harwood, MD).
