The North Central Hurricanes (Lebeau, LA) basketball crushed the visiting St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays (Eunice, LA), 78-34 in Wednesday's league test.
The Hurricanes (18-12) will now prepare for their test against Abbeville (Abbeville, LA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 6-19 record. In their last test, Abbeville was trounced by St. Martinville (St. Martinville, LA), 74-42, in a league test.
The Fighting Blue Jays now own a 9-16 record. They play next when they host Pitkin for a non-league test on Thursday, February 8.
