The Plainfield North Tigers basketball team (Plainfield, IL), was overwhelmed 118-56 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Romeoville Spartans (Romeoville, IL)
The Spartans now possess a 19-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Joliet Central for a SouthWest Prairie battle on Saturday, February 10. Romeoville will battle a Steelmen team coming off a 63-50 league loss to Oswego East (Oswego, IL). The Steelmen record now stands at 17-10.
The Tigers (15-14) will now prepare for their outing against West Aurora (Aurora, IL). The Blackhawks go into the SouthWest Prairie outing with a 18-9 record. In their last outing, West Aurora smashed Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL), 74-47, in a league outing.
