Maryland High School Basketball - Rising Sun fells Tome

Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Tome Titans (North East, MD), 72-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rising Sun upgrades its record to 5-12 on the season. The Tigers host Fallston (Fallston, MD) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Fallston won 81-46 in their recent non-league bout against North Harford (Pylesville, MD)
Next up, the Titans play the Aquinas Academy Crusaders (Bear, DE) in a Mid-Atlantic Independent bout, on Friday, February 9. Tome will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 65-41 league loss to Tri-State Christian (Elkton, MD).
