In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting La Salle Academy Rams basketball team scored a good 54-40 triumph over the Westerly Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Rams meet the Classical Purples (Providence, RI) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 10. La Salle Academy will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Purples enter the match with a 2-10 record after their 62-59 non-league loss to Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI).
With the defeat, Westerly moves to 9-4 on the year.
