The Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT), 63-32 in Wednesday's league test.
The Cougars (11-8) will now prepare for their test against Valley Regional (Deep River, CT). The Warriors go into the Shoreline test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Valley Regional was trounced by East Hampton (East Hampton, CT), 69-51, in a league test.
The Noises now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Coginchaug Regional for a Shoreline test on Friday, February 9. Hale Ray will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 46-41 non-league loss to Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-9.
