New Jersey High School Basketball - Palisades Park can't hold off McNair Academic

The McNair Academic Cougars basketball team scored 22 points and held the host Palisades Park Tigers to 17 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cougars now sport a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Memorial for a Hudson County - National contest on Thursday, February 8. McNair Academic will battle a Tigers team coming off a 28-25 league loss to Hoboken (Hoboken, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 13-8.
The Tigers (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against Hawthorne Christian (Hawthorne, NJ). The Defenders enter the Olympic - American contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Hawthorne Christian nudged Hawthorne (Hawthorne, NJ), 39-28, in a non-league contest.
