The Princeville Princes (Princeville, IL) basketball felled the host Stark County Rebels (Toulon, IL), 54-41 in Wednesday's league test.
The Princes (17-12) will now prepare for their test against Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL). The Grey Ghosts go into the non-league test with a 17-13 record. In their last test, Illinois Valley Central was beaten by Pontiac (Pontiac, IL), 40-34, in a league test.
The Rebels now own a 3-25 record. They play next when they travel to Elmwood for a non-league test on Saturday, February 10. Stark County will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 47-32 non-league win over Knoxville (Knoxville, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 21-7.
