Peyton Panthers (Peyton, CO) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dolores Huerta Prep Scorpions (Pueblo, CO), 41-4 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Peyton upgrades its record to 4-12 on the season. The Panthers host Rye (Rye, CO) to play the Thunderbolts in a non-league bout on Monday, February 12. The Thunderbolts go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Scorpions play the Thomas MacLaren School Highlanders (Colorado Springs, CO) in a bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Dolores Huerta Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
