The Bell Gardens Lancers held off the visiting Warren Bears soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league match.
The Lancers now sport a 16-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sultana for a non-league match on Friday, February 9. Bell Gardens will encounter a Sultans squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Granite Hills (Apple Valley, CA). The Sultans record now stands at 15-8.
With the loss, Warren drops to 5-10 on the season.
