In Friday's non-league contest, the host Ainsworth Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 60-45 win over the Sandhills/Thedford Knights.

The Bulldogs (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Stuart (Stuart, NE). The Broncos come into the non-league contest with a 13-5 record.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Mullen Broncos (Mullen, NE) in a D2 District 9 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Sandhills/Thedford will attempt to better on its 7-12 season record. The Broncos come into the contest with a 5-11 record after their 52-22 non-league loss to South Loup (Arnold, NE).
