Heritage Christian Academy Eagles (Kalamazoo, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Athens Indians (Athens, MI), 52-46 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Heritage Christian Academy upgrades its record to 4-6 on the year.
The Indians now sport a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kellogg for a non-league match on Monday, February 10. Athens will face a Panthers squad coming off a 54-39 league win over Saugatuck (Saugatuck, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 10-8.
