The Denfeld Hunters were victorious over the visiting Bemidji Lumberjacks basketball squad by a final score of 71-52 in Friday's non-league outing.
Next, the Hunters face the Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines (Eveleth, MN) in a AAA Section 7 outing, on Tuesday, February 11. Denfeld will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record.
The Lumberjacks (11-7) will now prepare for their outing against Superior (Superior, WI). The Spartans enter the non-league outing with a 13-10 record. In their last outing, Superior ran past Marshall (Duluth, MN), 95-34, in a non-league outing.
