The Bethune-Bowman Mohawks (Orangeburg, SC) basketball crushed the visiting St. John's Islanders (John's Island, SC), 76-32 in Friday's league bout.
The Mohawks now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they host Baptist Hill for a A Region 5 bout on Tuesday, February 11. Bethune-Bowman will play a Bobcats team coming off a 97-50 league win over Lowcountry Leadership (Hollywood, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 12-11.
With the loss, St. John's falls to 1-19 on the campaign. The Islanders host Charleston Math & Science (Charleston, SC) to play the Riptide in a A Region 5 bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Riptide go into the bout with a record of 16-4. Charleston Math & Science won 51-39 in their recent league bout against Branchville (Branchville, SC)
