The Bishop LeBlond Eagles basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Savannah Savages to 41 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now possess a 24-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sacred Heart for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. Bishop LeBlond will confront a Irish team coming off a 46-42 non-league win over Lourdes Central Catholic (Nebraska City, NE). The Irish record now stands at 10-10.
With the loss, Savannah falls to 8-14 on the campaign. The Savages host St. Pius X (Kansas City, MO) to confront the Warriors in a Midland Empire game on Tuesday, February 11. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 8-8.
