New Hampshire High School Basketball - Fall Mountain nips Hopkinton

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Fall Mountain Wildcats (Langdon, NH) and the visiting Hopkinton Hawks (Contoocook, NH), observed Fall Mountain's basketball team edge Hopkinton by a score of 62-56.
The Wildcats (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Conant (Jaffrey, NH). The Orioles come into the Division III challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Conant edged Gilford (Gilford, NH), 55-53, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Hawks battle the Newport Tigers (Newport, NH) in a Division III challenge, on Monday, February 10. Hopkinton will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record.
