In Friday's league contest, the visiting Flasher Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 60-54 win over the South Heart Eagles.
The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Washburn (Washburn, ND). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Washburn edged White Shield (Roseglen, ND), 67-65, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Richardton-Taylor Raiders (Richardton, ND) in a B District 7 contest, on Monday, February 10. South Heart will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Raiders come into the contest with a 5-9 record after their 48-46 league loss to Belfield (Belfield, ND).
