In Friday's non-league contest, the host Fordland Eagles basketball team scored a big 76-51 win over the Koshkonong Blue Jays.
The Eagles (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against Gainesville (Gainesville, MO). The Bulldogs enter the Summit battle with a 8-13 record. In their last battle, Gainesville was crushed by Norwood (Norwood, MO), 74-38, in a league battle.
The Blue Jays now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Viburnum for a non-league battle on Monday, February 10.
