Illinois High School Basketball - Galena holds off Fulton

The Galena Pirates basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Fulton Steamers to 42 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now possess a 16-11 record. They play next when they host South Beloit for a non-league game on Thursday, February 13.
With the loss, Fulton falls to 14-13 on the campaign. The Steamers host Amboy (Amboy, IL) to confront the Clippers in a game on Wednesday, February 12. The Clippers go into the game with a record of 10-15. Amboy lost 61-52 in their recent non-league game against St. Bede (Peru, IL)
