The Veritas School Lions basketball squad (Richmond, VA), was outscored 64-54 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Hampton Roads Academy Navigators (Newport News, VA)

With the victory, Hampton Roads Academy advances its record to 9-9 on the year. The Navigators host Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA) to meet the Ambassadors in a VISAA Division II battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Ambassadors enter the battle with a record of 9-12.

The Lions now own a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grace Christian School for a non-league battle on Monday, February 10. Veritas School will meet a Kings squad coming off a 87-69 non-league loss to The Carmel School (Ruther Glen, VA). The Kings record now stands at 14-8.
