In Friday's non-league contest, the host Manchester Panthers basketball team scored a good 54-43 win over the West Holmes Knights.

The Panthers (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Tuslaw (Massillon, OH). The Mustangs come into the Principals contest with a 8-10 record. In their last contest, Tuslaw was topped by Triway (Wooster, OH), 51-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Hiland Hawks (Berlin, OH) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. West Holmes will attempt to better on its 1-18 season record. The Hawks come into the contest with a 18-1 record after their 67-35 league win over Claymont (Uhrichsville, OH).
