With the victory, Maple River upgrades its record to 18-13 on the year. The Eagles travel to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN) to face the Knights in a AA Section 2 match on Friday, February 7. The Knights enter the match with a record of 15-5. Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial lost 68-62 in their recent non-league match against Le Sueur-Henderson (Le Sueur, MN)

The Colts now sport a 1-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] for a B District 1 match on Tuesday, February 11.
