In Friday's non-league contest, the host Moore Mustangs basketball team scored a close 81-76 triumph over the W.E.B. DuBois Academy Lions.
The Mustangs (15-8) will now prepare for their contest against Jeffersontown (Louisville, KY). The Chargers go into the non-league contest with a 16-5 record.
In their next game, the Lions confront the Atherton Ravens (Louisville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. W.E.B. DuBois Academy will attempt to better on its 8-15 season record. The Ravens go into the contest with a 12-9 record after their 65-60 league win over Waggener (Louisville, KY).
