In Friday's league contest, the host Northside Vikings basketball team scored a big 75-52 win over the Rayne Wolves.
The Vikings (23-9) will now prepare for their contest against David Thibodaux (Lafayette, LA). The Bulldogs come into the 4A District 4 contest with a 22-5 record. In their last contest, David Thibodaux smashed Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy (Lafayette, LA), 42-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Comeaux Spartans (Lafayette, LA) in a 4A District 4 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Rayne will attempt to better on its 3-21 season record. The Spartans come into the contest with a 15-24 record after their 57-38 league loss to St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA).
